Were you involved in sports or fitness prior to bodybuilding and how did you get started with weight training?
I ran track in High school. I played netball and volley ball as well. I started weight training while i was attending college. I took a couple of fitness and weight training courses and just loved it.
Was it a goal for you to compete in bodybuilding competitions right from the beginning or was it something that grew in your mind as time went on and you saw the progress in your body?
It was not my goal to compete at all. Did not like the spot light on me then. I started reading fitness magazines in college and improved my training. A friend told me that i looked great and i should have some professional pictures taken. Whlile i was doing the photo shoot the photoghrapher suggested that i should start competing- and that's what i did four months later.

2004 INBF Worlds figure tall 1st place
2005 INBF figure tall 1st place and overall
2006 WNBF Pro US. Cup 2nd place
2007 Pro Northeast figre 3rd place
2007 WNBF Pro. Ms. Exercise figure tall 4th place
Which contest has been your biggest success; which has had the most meaning to you?
The contest that was my biggest accomplishment was when i received my pro card in 2005 with the WNBF. I had made a pledge to stop competing if i did not get my pro card solely because i felt i had done everything possible to win. I won my class and overall as well.
Please tell me something about your training routine (ie: how many days per week / training split /cardio, etc.)
I train six days per week. 1.chest and biceps 2.back and triceps 3.shoulders 4.legs 5.day off 6. start from day one again. I do cardio at least 45mins 4 to 5 days and abdominal workout 10-15mins 4 to 5 days as well.
What is your favorite exercise in the gym and which one you donʼt like so much?
my favorite exercise is the lat pulldown. my least favorite is calf raises.
Which body part is your best in your opinion?
my glutes and my biceps which have a nice peak !
If you donʼt mind would you give me some stats (best lifts and some body measurements)?
I am 5'5 and have increased my weight in 2008 from 123 lbs to 142 lbs by training heavy and eating more protien and I love my new muscles !
What do you enjoy about training for competition....what do you enjoy about the 'off season'?
I like when the diet and trainining kicks in and you have that feeling of mental strength. On my off season i enjoy not doing morning cardio.
Please tell me about what you do when you donʼt work out (hobbies, what do you do to relax?, etc.)
when i am not working out i like to read, watch TV just about any sport, and play tennis .
What do you enjoy most about the bodybuilding/fitness lifestyle?
I like that it forces me to keep physically fit.
What are your competition goals or personal future goals?
My goal is to eventually find a category in bodybuilding that i can compete it.
