Some Info about KO:

 

Where and when were you born? I WAS BORN IN ďTHE FRIENDLY CITYĒ OR BETTER KNOWN AS FORTUNA, CA. I CAME INTO THIS WORLD ASS FIRST, DURING THE REIGN OF THE MULLET, PETSHOP BOYS, AND L.A. GEAR SHOES!

What is your profession? IíVE GONE FROM BEING A VERY SUCCESSFUL SALES PROFESSIONAL, TO A EXPERT ASS THUMPER.

Were you involved in sports or fitness prior to bodybuilding and how did you get started with weight training? YOU KNOW IT! I STARTED SKIING AT THE AGE OF 4, PLAYED A POWER FORWARD, STARTED THE FIRST GIRLS GOLF TEAM AT MY PRIVATE CATHOLIC HIGH SCHOOL, AS WELL AS CAPTAIN OF THE CHEERLEADING TEAM. THEY WOULDNíT LET ME PLAY FOOTBALL, SO I HAD TO DO SOMETHING THAT WOULD ALLOW ME TO BE CLOSE ENOUGH TO THE FIELD! I STARTED BOXING HALFWAY THROUGH MY SENIOR YEAR, AND CURRENTLY STUDY KEMPO JUJITSU. I STARTED LIFTING ONCE I GOT TO COLLEGE. GROWING UP, I ALWAYS LIKED TO SCREW AROUND IN MY DADíS GARAGE, AND I WAS ALWAYS TRYING TO GET MUSCLES TO POP OUT OF SOMEWHERE.

Was it a goal for you to compete in bodybuilding competitions right from the beginning or was it something that grew in your mind as time went on and you saw the progress in your body? THE SECOND PART. LOL! I ACTUALLY AM ON MY WAY BACK FROM THE NATIONALS, AND HAVE NOW REALLY GOT THE BUG TO COMPETE. IíM GOING TO HAVE CATHY PALEO TRAIN ME FOR MY FIRST SHOW. SHE IS ONE OF THE PIONEERS IN THE BIZ.

Can you give me your competition history? SURE! ZILCH!!! IíM GOING TO TRAIN ALL NATURAL. I HAVE SUCH GOOD GENETICS, AND SO MUCH DRIVE, THAT I DONíT NEED TO DO THAT CRAP. IíM SUCH AN ADDICT, THAT IíD PROBABLY DO TOO MUCH AND WANT TOO MUCH. THAT WOULD LEAD TO A BEARD, AND WE CANíT BE HAVIN THAT YOU KNOW J

Please tell me something about your training routine (ie: how many days per week / training split /cardio, etc.) FOR THE PAST YEAR OR SO, IíVE BEEN DOING CROSSFIT ONCE A WEEK, CARDIO EVERY DAY, 7 DAYS A WEEK IN THE MORNING FOR 40MINS AND IíLLRAIN PARTS

What is your favorite exercise in the gym and which one you donít like so much? FLAT BENCH IS NOT ONE OF MY FAVORITES. FOR ONE, I HAVE A NASTY A./C SEPERATION. I LAID MY CBR600 DOWN THE DAY AFTER I BOUGHT IT, SO DOING A LOT OF WEIGHT WITH A PRESS BOTHERS AREA. ON THE PLUS SIDE, MY TRICEPS ARE Y F

Which body part is your best in your opinion? MOST PEOPLE SAY MY LEGS ARE THE BEST BODY PART ON ME, BUT I HAVE TO SAY MY CORE. AS A CHILD, MY EARLIEST GOAL THAT I CAN RECALL, WAS TO HAVE A 6PACK. MY DAD EVEN GAVE ME A VIDEO CASSETTE BACK IN THE DAY

If you donít mind would you give me some stats (best lifts and some body measurements)? BICEPS 14.75 THIGHS 27 FOREARMS 12 CALVES 18 I CURL 40LBS

What do you enjoy about training for competition....what do you enjoy about the 'off season'? THERE IS NEVER AN OFF SEASON FOR ME. I TRAIN HARD EVERY DAY ALL DAY. I COULDNíT LIVE WITH MYSELF IF I WAS ANYTHING AWAY FROM PERFECT IN MY OWN EYES. I COMPETE WITH MYSELF EVERY DAMN MORNING I LOOK IN THE MIRROR.

Please describe a typical day in the life of KO. HA! I RUN MY HOUSEHOLD. I LOOK AFTER 3 GROWN MEN, LOL. I GET UP AND DO 40 MINS OF CARDIO EVERY DAY. THEN I GET ONLINE AND START ANSWERING EMAILS, PAYING BILLS, YOU KNOW............... WEARING THE PANTS IN THE FAMILY. THEN I CLEAN. I DO LAUNDRY, SCRUB FLOORS... IF YA DONíT DO IT YOSELF, THEN IT AINT EVER DONE RIGHT! THEN I COOK DINNER. THEN I GO LIFT. I MIGHT MAKE A VIDEO HERE AND THERE, OR GET ONLINE AND FLEX FOR THE BOYZ... THEN I GO WEIGHT TRAIN. IT WOULD LOOK SOMETHING LIKE THAT. IT IS MIDNIGHT RIGHT NOW, AND I JUST SPENT 3 HOURS MAKING CLIPS. THEN WENT GROCERY SHOPPING.... YOU GET THE IDEA

Please tell me about what you do when you donít work out (hobbies, what do you do to relax?, etc.) NOTHING. I HATE RELAXING. IT MAKES ME FEEL GUILTY. SERIOUSLY, IíM NOT SURE WHAT TO DO WITH MYSELF WHEN IíM NOT WORKING OUT, OR PAYING BILLS, OR CLEANING, OR RUNNING MY 3 DOGS.....ITíS PROBABLY NOT TOO HEALTHY!

What do you enjoy most about the bodybuilding/fitness lifestyle? THE ATTENTION. I LOVE BEING THE CENTER OF ATTENTION. NOT SURE WHY, BUT I LOVE SHOWING OFF. I LOVE THE FACT THAT I CAN PUSH MORE WEIGHT THAN CLOSE TO 80 PERCENT OF THE MEN IN ANY GYM I GO TO. THEY ALL WANT MY LEGS AND I LOVE IT!

Tell me something interesting about yourself, something people may be surprised to hear. I SLEEP WITH A BABY BLANKET WHEN I GO OUT OF TOWN. BUT ON THE REAL, IíM A VERY INTERESTING GIRL ALL THE WAY AROUND. IíVE SEEN SO MUCH AND DONE SO MUCH, IíM AN OLD SOUL. HEREíS ONE FOR YA, I STARTED THE FIRST GIRLS GOLF TEAM AT MY CATHOLIC PRIVATE HIGH SCHOOL!

What are your competition goals or personal future goals? TO WORK HARD AND SMART FOR THE NEXT 15 YEARS AND RETIRE.

 

2011 Outlook:

2011 is approaching fast, and I have a very exciting TOP SECRET plan for my members website. I'm no longer held down by boundaries set by another, so be prepared to see some jaw dropping footage! In 2011 I will be doing an insane amount of traveling, as well as competing in the Muscle Mayhem California Natural show July 16th, 2011 in Sacramento CA. I have already put on 7lbs of ROCK HARD MUSCLE, and I can not WAIT to see how tight I can get my sexy, thick thighs! The biggest challenge for me, is going to get my lats as big as I'd like to see them. I'm going to rip sh*t up. HARD AS FUK!
