I was born in Brockville, Ontario in Canada on December 1, 1976.
I first entered a gym about 6 years ago with the original intentions of getting in shape and toned only. I had thought about getting into fitness in 1999, but only to learn that I am not a gymnastic person at all, nor could I do half of those moves. Bodybuilding seemed to be the thing for me. I learned the weights with a trainer who is also into BB and it was he who had started me off. I than met my trainer now who has brought me where I am now. She is IFFB pro Rhonda Quaresma. I entered my first contest in 2000, Eastern Ontario in Kingston and placed 2nd. I fell in love with competetive BB as soon as I stepped on stage.
My training routine changes every 8 weeks or so. I train 6 on 1 off and than switch it to 5 on 2 off in the offseason. Precontest I train 4 on 1 off, where my day off is strictly a cardio only day. I also do split training during precontest. My fav exercises are bench press, and barbell curls. Least fav have to be squatting and abs. As for max lifts, I have never tried, as to risky for muscle injury. My best body part would have to be my back and abs. Offseason wt tends to bounce from 160 lbs-165lbs and contest wt 152lbs. I work full time as a nurse, so between work and training I don't have much other hobbies besides going out once in a while dancing.
