What is your profession?
Aircraft pilot and personal trainer

Were you involved in sports or fitness prior to bodybuilding and how did you get started with weight training?
I was involve in martial arts before bodybuilding. But i always want to be a big girl. So I started training in year 2000, compete in powerlifting and bodybuilding. I was very strong to be just 21 years in those days. Curl 135 like nothing, chin ups at 145 pounds back in those days, 100 pound dumbbell tricep extension overhead with two hands.

Was it a goal for you to compete in bodybuilding competitions right from the beginning or was it something that grew in your mind as time went on and you saw the progress in your body?
I always was very competitive, so as soon I notice i start packing on muscle fast I was mentally ready for any kind of competition
 

Can you give me your competition history?
1st place in Panama 2003 (Copa Centenario Panama). That gave me the position to represent my country in the central americans games but I went back to my career (aircraft pilot).
2001 and 2002 strongest female in Panama

Which contest has been your biggest success; which has had the most meaning to you?
None, my biggest success will be when a reach all my goals on my physique. I want to be as big as I can be but keep my face really feminine as you can see.

Please tell me something about your training routine (ie: how many days per week / training split /cardio, etc.)
I train every day from monday to friday. Right now i want to pack a lot of muscle and create a massive structure, so I am training basics movements no more than 6 reps.
But at the same time I add detail to my physique. Is a technique I apply to my training included with my basic movements.

What is your favorite exercise in the gym and which one you don’t like so much?
I love deadlifts and squat, I'm in love with these two exercise.
I like all the exercises. I am like a road warrior, nothing stop me.

Which body part is your best in your opinion?
I said back and arms, they call me gorgeous guns

If you don’t mind would you give me some stats (best lifts and some body measurements)?
I am 5'4 and right now i weight 165 pounds. My arms are 15 1/2 cold and my back is huge. I can squat 315 like nothing for more than 10 reps, I do 225 20 time, bench press 225, curl 140 like nothing. My legs are 24 1/2 and my calves 14 1/2.

What do you enjoy about training for competition....what do you enjoy about the 'off season'?
In competition I love the dieting, I love to take my body to de edge, and that makes me feel so good, I don't know why, but the harder the dieting and training gets for me thats like heaven.
Offseason is to easy, thats why I train so hard in offseason so i can take my body almost to pass out. I am a machine jajjaajajjajajaj

Please describe a typical day in the life of Milcia Young.
Wake up at 4:30 am to eat my first meal, then go to train my customers until 12:00 pm and then go to the gym. Then come back and keep working on my sites and chats.

Please tell me about what you do when you don’t work out (hobbies, what do you do to relax?, etc.)
I love the beach, here in Panama we have beautiful places. Dinner, I love to go out for dinner, Ii guess to eat something different jajjajjajajaaj

What do you enjoy most about the bodybuilding/fitness lifestyle?
That is the only way to slow down aging. Is preventive medicine and also strength you body and your mind. Training is the only way to go, if you want to feel good and look good.
Bodybuilding is the best activity to keep you body on the top shape of you life, the reason why is because bodybuilding train every single muscle in the body individually. Is not an overall maintenance; we take care of every part with detail. Make every muscle of our body as strong it can get, is the best. People dont really know de benefits from bodybuilding. Keep every muscle flexible, etc...

Tell me something interesting about yourself, something people may be surprised to hear.
Well I was for 3 year in the middle east flying DC-8. Is an aircrafts as big as an airbus but not with passenger. I was flying to Bagdad, Afghanistan, all the warzone in the middle east. But I can not talk to much about it.

What are your competition goals or personal future goals?
My goal is to be really big but keeping a pretty feminine face. Is a combination of pure power and femininity. I know is hard to achieve that in this sport.
About competition when my teamwork think that I am ready, then I will compete.
