Sondra has been working out now for 13 years. She got hooked into bodybuilding after taking 2nd place in her very 1st annpc show. She started competing after training for 6 months and weighed 107 lbs. Sondra was the overall winner in the 1995 and 1997 Bodyrock Classics and took 5th place in the Jr Nationals in 1997. She took 2nd place in the 1998 Atlantic States, and also took the overall this year in the Amateur Grand Prix. Sondra was a dancer for 2 years.

One arm dumbell row: 130lbs gym needs to get heavier weights.
