DOB: November 18, 19?? Height: 5'7" Weight: off-season 190-195, contest 175-180 Biceps 18", Quads 28", Chest 51", Waist 28" Bench max 500, military press 255x6, DB curl 80x6, Deadlift 565x1, Leg press 1500x10 Live in NYC area. Graduating Law school this month. Overall and HW winner 2002 NPC NJ and Overall and HW winner 2002 NPC Suburban. 3rd place Gold's Classic 2001. I joined a gym in college and discovered that I was relatively strong and it just took off from there. I was hooked and training hard every day. Other than an AAU powerlifting meet in Lake Hopatcong, NJ in 1995 that I won with a bench of around 205. I've only done the 2001 Gold's Classic in which I took 3rd and the 2002 NPC NJ and 2002 NPC Suburban in which I won the heavyweight and overall in both shows. Training routine revolves around intensity. Sometimes it's big weight and sometimes it's medium weight for big reps. I try to get the most out of every workout by focusing on what I'm doing rather than talking in the gym and I always push myself to failure. If I have a partner or spotter I go beyond failure on every set. My future plans include some sort of bench exhibition at the Extravaganza and people can expect to see me competing on the national level within the next year or so. |
