Some Info about JENNIFER:

I began training a little over 6 yrs. ago. I was always interested in the sport and participated in a variety of sports through the years. I got a late start on bodybuilding, but finally got into the sport and have made tremendous progress since. I started out at approximately 160 lbs., and let's say it was not muscle at about 24% body fat! Eek! I competed in my 1st show after 9 months of training. I have continued to improve and grow in the sport since then over the past 6 yrs. working my way up to the National level. I believe in keeping the sport to a level where femininity is a must. I hope to continue growing and working my way through the National shows until I achieve the most I can out of the sport. You have to love what you do and do what you love, therefore, it won't be hard to continue.

Competition History--
Lone Star 1999 Heavyweight 1st
Red River 2000 Heavyweight 1st
Jr. USA 2001 Heavyweight 4th
USA 2002 Heavyweight 15th
Jr. Nationals 2003 Heavyweight 9th
Nationals 2003 Heavyweight 15th
Jr. Nationals 2004 Heavyweight 2nd

Other Interest---
Although bodybuilding is a full time job in itself, I have a very full schedule outside of the gym. I am on faculty at the Medical school where I perform guest lectures to students and peers, as well as do guest lecturing for other universities and conferences. I guess you would say, I am somewhat an expert in chronic pain and have a variety of specialties, to include orthopedic and sports medicine. I am a full time Physical Therapist and Certified/Licensed Athletic Trainer. Most of the time you will find me in the clinical setting with patients or on the football field treating injured athletes. I perform research on orthopedic patients and am involved in several spine studies. I write articles for publication and am in the process of writing a book pertaining to women and fitness. For fun in my life, I love to go out with friends, like the movies, and like to travel as much of the world, as my schedule will allow.

Aside from all the healthy aspects in my life, I am also into baking. I design and professionally bake cakes and pastries for special events. So, you might find me at several weddings or corporate events through the year preparing the feast (and no I don't taste the products)! With such a full time schedule in my life outside of the gym and my own training in the gym, there is not much time left in my day except to drop in place and sleep! Keep cheering for me, you'll be seeing alot more of me soon!

Please note:

Jennifer does not do sessions or wrestling of any kind. Please don't ask!!
