I was born in 1975, in the small town of Kamloops, BC Canada. In 1983 I moved to beautiful Victoria, BC where I still call home, split with Nassau, Bahamas. My interests growing up included running, art (drawing), theater, and dancing.
Today I teach dancing through my line of instructional dance videos, and enjoy working as an actress in film and television. I am also a working fitness model.

With my experience as a competitive bodybuilder in 1999, when I placed first in the Muscle & Fitness Mania (women’s lightweight), I enjoy passing on fitness related tips by writing for 'Athletic Women’s Magazine', 'Canadian Health and & Fitness Magazine' and Bodybuilding.com In Sept 2003 I placed 2nd in the BC Championships, Figure – short class, earning a spot in the Canadian Nationals, in August 2004. My goal is to turn pro in Figure by 2006.

As a model, last year I was published in Playboys 'Natural Beauties', and 'Lingerie', and in 2003 I was in Playboys ‘Barefoot Beauties, and ‘Blondes, Brunettes & Redheads’.
In the fitness industry, 'Flex', 'Muscle & Fitness', 'Oxygen', 'MuscleMag International', ‘American Curves’, and 'Natural Bodybuilding & Fitness' magazines are pushing my image throughout their pages, as I proudly represent Malibu Body Wear. In 2003 I have been in MuscleMag's Jan, March, April, May June, and Sept issues with my image on their March cover!

Summing it up: 
I am a fitness model, dance instructor, writer and actress.
I am also co-producer and presenter of a soon to be released new fitness show, Fawnia & Friends.
