I wake up in the morning and take a moment to appreciate all my blessings....and get excited about my new day. If I do cardio then I go to gym before breakfast to exercise while I read a motivational book or bb mag.(for lazy reading) then go to grocery store for food and come home and make breakfast and cook my food for the day. i check my e-mails and then take a shower and get ready for work. My schedule changes for work and same with clients in the gym but I love people and what I do so I love going to work. Thank god for cell phone because you will see me on it throghout the day to stay connected with family and friends across the country. Afterwork I workout(around 7-8) and then I get home by 10:30 at night and eat my last meal......I either read , spend time on computer or watch tv before bed (By 12-1 am) I love to go to movies on my spare time....... How often do you train in a week? 4-5 days offseason and 6 days 8 weeks out from show. What are the main differences when you train for a competition and in off-season? The main differences are higher reps for precontest, more exercises (shaping), shorter rest between sets, more supersets and dropsets, alot more cardio, more posing, and train bodyparts more frequent If you don't mind would you give me some stats (best lifts and some body measurements)? I will give later Which bodypart is your best in your opinion? I am known for my arms.........they are uniquely shaped and have alot of detail What is your favorite exercise in the gym and which one you don't like so much? I dont have a favorite (I am sitting here thinking too long and hard) I love to train back and legs(two bodyparts I want to improve)my least favorite is biceps.......preacher curl Judging in Women's Bodybuilding has always been criticised in one or the other way. Please tell me your honest thoughts about today's judging in Women's Bodybuilding. I feel it is inconsistent......so its hard to tell what will happen at each show. How can the audience see something so different then the judges........I like to see women win who really would represent our sport well and that is someone who maintains their feminity. Please tell me about what else you are doing when you don't work out (profession, hobbies, etc.) I love movies, going to the beach, reading books where I can learn and grow, go to LA to see my family and my friend..Joanna Thomas, spending time with friends...... What are your future plans? I will always be better and you will see me on the pro stage soon. Please note: Debbie does not do sessions or wrestling of any kind. Please don't ask!! |
