When not at the gym I love hanging out at home and going out to dinner, and movies with friends.

Started lifting about 4 years ago. Started teaching aerobics when I was 16 yrs. old
I rode show jumper horses for 14 years and competed
I have not competed but when I do LOOK OUT!
