I was born in the South of France in a little town called Bayonne. I was smart enough to finish high school, but I was a bit of a hyper kid and got distracted easily, being bored much of the time. I speak four languages (French, Spanish, Portuguese, and English), so I think I can accomplish anything I put my mind to.
As a child I had a lot of energy, so exercising was a way for my parents to deal with my excess of energy, starting when I was 4 years old. I was fortunate in having the opportunity to try Judo, Ballet, Basketball, Swimming, and Horseback Riding as a kid, as well as significant involvement in Ice Skating and Running Track.
I started weightlifting when i was 17, trying to build my upper body to match my strong, huge legs. I lifted for 7 years like a powerlifter, with guys as my training partners, but now I try to do more cardio and lighter weights/circuit training to maintain good physical condition. I enjoy the world of physique development, bodybuilding, fitness, etc, and attend many events and contests in the US and wherever else I can when I'm traveling.
I'm a passionate type of person, and I choose to do things that make me happy. I moved to Paris when I was 13, I moved out on my own when I was 18 and worked in radio station promotions, and since I didn't like being in an office, I got certified and began working as a personal trainer in Paris.
In 1997 I decided to go on a travel adventure. I spent almost 3 years in South America, visiting Equador, Colombia, Peru, and Brazil. I realized I had gained a new outlook on life after that trip, so I decided to go to New York, received my massage therapist license, and have been satisfying the strong desire that I have for travel, seeing interesting parts of the world, meeting interesting people, and having fun along the way!
