First into to bodybuilding - 12, I was in 6th or 7th grade.

Years training as a bodybuilder- 4

Born- 7/21/77 in Cozad, Nebraska. Tiny town.

For fun- When I can... shopping and going out to eat, normal stuff. Things other people take for granted.

My personality- Im very opinionated and vocal. Quite shy till Im comfortable. Honest, upfront and completely realistic. A little pessimistic and a lot skeptical. Impatient. Dry but big sense of humor. Goofy and a little dingy. Laid back and pretty open minded.

Things people may not know about me- I am a HUGE animal lover. I am NOT a sports fan. I am pretty rebellious. Im not as strong as everyone thinks. I never eat clean, I have no will power and little discipline.

Weight before bodybuilding- I have been everything from 158 at graduation to 128 6 months later. I started at 150 6 years ago.

Weight now- Contest, 173 (hoping to bring that down) Off season, 185-190
