I played Volleyball, Basketball and Tennis in High-school and went to College on a Tennis Scholarship. I always loved working out in the gym to improve my athletic abilities. Once I put down the tennis rackets I spent more time in the gym and started taking up some gymnastics training. People started to see me training so hard in the gym and began to suggest I should compete. I thought it sounded like alot of fun so I decided to compete in my first fitness show. Many competitions and injuries later, I switched to the Figure Category where I recieved my Pro Card in August 2003. Where do you see yourself in five years? In five years am sure I will still be involved with both the Fitness and Physical Therapy industries. I plan to have my first book written and published by then.
