My name is Maria Stigler. I am 27 years old, and I live in Parsberg Germany.

I started training about 7 years ago. I’ve started training after being in a car accident. My doctor recommend that I start weight training for Rehabilitation.

When I started I had no idea how to use all the machines. I really enjoyed the feeling after the first workout. I got more serious and started bodybuilding. And then everything changed, my eating my training and now bodybuilding is my life.

I train Mo-Fri 2 1/2 hours weekend rest. Before competition I normally make a 13-16 week diet and I increase my cardio training. My favorite bodypart to train is arms. They are one of my strong points. I train them the hardest my goal is to become a little bit bigger.
