I was born May 8th 1970 in Seattle, WA. I moved to L.A. when I started my career as a flight attendant. I love to travel and to find new adventures. However, my real passion is bodybuilding. I truly respect the dedication and hard work that goes into the sport. I have always loved sports. I grew up playing soccer and riding horses. Bodybuilding gives me a sense of power both mentally and physically. It really helps me focus and clear my mind. I am continuing my training and hoping to see more gains. I will see where the next adventure takes me.
