BORN: Martin, SD, Dec. 27, 1975. RESIDENCE: Denver, CO. PROFESSION: Dr. of Chiropractic in Southern Aurora, Co-specializing in difficult musculo-skeletal injuries.
ACTIVITIES: Before bb: Rodeo (barrel racing), cheerleading, dance squad.
INVOLVEMENT WITH BB: I used to teach 2-3 aerobics classes/day in college, so I was in the gym all the time. Friends from the gym introduced me to weights. I got more serious about the weights-and just fell in love with lifting.

DAILY TRAINING ROUTINE: I always warm up my rotator cuffs as I have seen many injuries b/c of these weak little muscles-not to mention, they take forever to heal!
TRAINING DIFFERENCE B/W NOW AND OFF SEASON: In the off-season, I try to lift a bit heavier. I always use periodization to stimulate as many different muscle fibers as possible-wether I'm training for a show or in the off-season.
BEST LIFTS:
Bench: 270lbs
Deadlift: 385lbs
Squat: 319lbs
BEST BODY PART: Quads.
FAVORITE EXERCISE: Low rows.
LEAST FAVORITE: Deep squats.
FBB JUDGING CRITERIA: My inspiration is Jennifer McVicar and Anja Langer, so I really have to admit that I like the more femine look. Although, I respect all women with muscle, as I know they have worked so hard for it! But I really prefer a feminine look!
WHEN I'M NOT WORKING OUT: I'm working at my clinic, on the internet, riding horses, or spending time with family and friends.
Please note:
Holly does not do sessions or wrestling of any kind! Please don't ask!!
