Personal Trainer at Sports-entertaining complex PRIME-MINISTER-SPORTS.

Was it a goal for you to compete in figure competitions right from the beginning or was it something that grew in your mind as time went on and you saw the progress in your body?
The goal was was always to be in astethic, eye pleasing, athletic form. The goal from the beginning was not just simply to compete but also win. I didnt just see progress in my body, but also an opportunity to be first.

Bodyfitness IFBB 163 sm.
2006 & 2007 Overall Moscow Champion. 2006 & 2007 Russian National Champion. 2007 European Masters Champion. 2007 Bronze winner at the World Championship.

Which contest has been your biggest success; which one meant the most to you?
I think that particular contest is still in my future?

What is your favorite exercise in the gym and which one you don't like so much?
Favorite exercise: Chins
Least Favorite: Side Laterals

I like just to relax and write songs. Favorite food: caviar.

What do you enjoy most about the fitness lifestyle?
Very strong-looking (and yet feminine) arms and legs.

Tell me something interesting about yourself, something people may be surprised to hear.
I write music and lyrics to my own songs. Recently I released a CD with 8 songs.

What are your competition goals or personal future goals?
To become Body Fitness World Champion. As for my personal goals, I would like to keep it a secret.
