Work, nap, play w/dogs & cats, train Please tell me something about your daily training routine. In season- Fitness routine, stretching, and mandatories 5 times a week. Weight training 3 times a week and build cardio to one hour twice a day. How often do you train in a week? 5-6 days What are the main differences when you train for a competition and in off-season? More hours, higher intensity & routine practice in season. Much more flexibility, plyometrics and anaerobic training. Which bodypart is your best in your opinion? Shoulders What is your favorite exercise in the gym and which one you don’t like so much? I like hacksquats, standing calves, fitness routine and stretching. Please tell me about what else you are doing when you don’t work out (profession, hobbies, etc.) Spend time with husband Roger, nap, movies, play with dogs & cats and go to dinner with friends What are your future plans for 2006?
