What are your competition goals or personal future goals? My goal is to spread positive aspects of Bodybuilding to Japanese society and weight training for the health benefits of women in Japan. Most of ladies are afraid of getting huge muscular in japan, they need the knowledge of how to weight train, and open up a very conservative society to allow the women to be strong too.
