Welcome to the Profile Page of the attractive, beautifully muscled Fitness Champion FLORINA CERNAT!

Some Info about FLORINA:

 

I was born in Bucharest, Romania on 27 November 1985. Since I was young, I enjoyed sports very much, and dreamt of being a gymnast. However, my mother always stopped me because she wanted me to perform well academicaly. I practiced fencing, judo, handball, aerobics, modern dance, and modeling. But I stopped these other endeavors to participate in fitness, and now I can't stop. It’s in my blood!

I start fitness at 14 years of age, with the dream to be a champion. And with a hard work, amd a lot patience and praing, God made my dream to come true; and not only once.

I enjoy fitness so much because I have learn to make a program for my life, to eat more healthy and mantein my body shape. My life totally changed with fitness.
I also enjoy skiing, skating, roller blading, dancing, and tae-bo , but i have little time for these other hobbies.

I believe if one enjoys one’s life and does what one enjoys, dreams will be come true!

The following are some of the titles that I hold:

Multiple national champion in fitness
Triple world champion to junior woman’s bodybuilding, 2004, 2005, 2006
6 place at the fitness world champiosnhip seniors in 2006
7 place at the world championships seniors in 2007

My training and workout schedule:
Monday: shoulders and abs
Tuesday: biceps and triceps
Wednesday: fitness routine wth force and flexibilty elements
Thursday: legs and calves
Friday: back, lumbar and abs
Saturday: chest and abs
Sunday: aerobic or running 45 min

My Measurements:
Biceps: 32 cm cold/ 33 cm hot / 12-13 inches
Chest: 36 inches/ 91 cm (with back also :P)
Waist: 27 inch/ 68 cm
Glutes: 35 inches/ 88 cm
Legs: 21,5 inches/ 55 cm
Calves: 14 inches/ 35,5 cm


My bodyweight:
Of season weight: 55 kg/ 121 lbs
Contest weight:49 kg/ 107,8 lbs
Training:
Orizontal bench for chest: 50 kg, 110 lbs, 8-10 reps (max. 70 kg 2-3 reps)
Curl with dumbell: 12 kg /26.4 lbs, 12-15 reps (max. 20 kg )
Curl with the bar: 40 kg/88 lbs, (max. 50 kg)
Leg press: 200 kg/440 lbs, (max. 250 kg)
Shoulders: 40 kg /88 lbs
