DESCRIBE YOUR CURRENT HOME LIFE WITH BODYBUILDING?
My last contest experience was very exciting since it was my first pro show.  It was neat to be back stage with all the pros that you have seen in the magazines.  And to compete on a pro level on stage was amazing!  It was an honor.  All the girls were real nice.

SELF-DESCRIPTION OF PERSONALITY?
I am very personable, and outgoing, and I have a little sense of humor LOL. I'm very caring and nurturing.

WHAT WAS YOUR FIRST CONTEST LIKE?
My first contest was very exciting, being in gymnastics all of my life, I love competing on stage and in front of an audience. I knew when I won my first show, that I would like to continue with bodybuilding. I have the video from my first show, how funny!

DESCRIBE YOUR LAST CONTEST EXPERIENCE?
My last contest experience was very exciting, winning 1st place at the Nationals, and getting my Pro Card was a dream come true. I felt very confident back stage and in the pump up room.

DO YOU ANTICIPATE COMPETING AGAIN SOON AND WHERE?
Yes, my next show will be the Jan Tana on August 15-16 in  Charlotte, North Carolina.

WHAT ARE YOUR COMPETITIVE GOALS?WHAT MOTIVATED YOU TO GET INTO BODYBUILDING? WHAT IS YOUR BIGGEST OBSTACLE TO SUCCESS?
My competitive goals is to continue competing and be on the Olympia Stage, and someday to be Ms. Olympia. My motivation for bodybuilding is when I became Anorexic in high school. Bodybuilding had saved my life. I admired Rachel Mclish, and Cory Eversons body. I thought to myself, they look so feminine even with muscles. I had the muscular genetics anyways being in gymnastics, so I just followed through with it. My biggest obstacle to success is to have more exposure for myself and for women's bodybuilding. Another obstacle is having a strong mind, I believe if you think positive and put your mind to anything, you can succeed at anything.

WHAT'S YOU POSITION ON WOMEN & MUSCLES?

My training goals is to develop more muscle thickness. I still want to look the same but nice muscle bellies.

FAVORITE ROLE MODEL?
Favorite role model is my mother.

WHY DID YOU START WEIGHT TRAINING?
I started weight training to help me with my Anorexia Nervosa.

WHEN DO YOU KNOW YOU'RE IN SHAPE?
When I can look in the mirror, and every pose feels good, and my legs have come in with nice definition.

IF YOU ONLY HAD ONE EXERCISE TO DO WHAT WOULD IT BE?
It would be bicep curls

WHICH BODYPART DO YOU ENJOY TRAINING THE MOST?
I love training my bis and triceps

WHAT'S THE MOST IMPORTANT PRINCIPLE YOU LEARNED FROM YOUR COACH? To stay focused and be confident.

WHAT'S THE BEST PART OF COMPETITION FOR YOU?WHAT TYPE OF CLOTHING DO YOU LIKE TO WEAR, THAT MAKES YOU LOOK GOOD?
The best part of competition is my posing routine. My best clothing I like to wear is jean shorts and a cut off t-shirt to show off my muscles, and legs.

WHAT STRESSES YOU OUT?
I get stressed out when I have a lot of things going on at one time. The holidays like Christmas time stresses me out. Not enough hours in the day!

IF YOU COULD CHANGE SOMETHING IN THE SPORT, WHAT WOULD IT BE? To get more exposure and more prize money for Women bodybuilders. To get more exposure in the magazines.

WHEN YOU'RE ALONE, WHAT DO YOU LIKE TO DO?
I like to have a cup of Starbucks coffee and sit in front of the TV relax and do nothing

WHAT DO YOU WANT TO DO FIVE YEARS FROM NOW?
I want to still be competing, and travel more, and continue my personal training business, and watch my son get older.
