Hi, my name is Dana Capobianco. I started bodybuilding over 15 years ago. My first show was in 1991, and I have competed in at least one show almost every year since then. I've been competing on the National level since 1994, although I had a few set backs from 1996 to 2000.

A couple of titles I hold are 1994 Pocono Classic Overall, 1995 Atlantic States. I competed in the Jr Nationals 1995, Nationals 1996 and 2000, and I just took 5th in the jr. Nationals 2002. I also made a guest appearance (performing) at an NPC bodybuilding show in Conneticut, in June 2002 as well. Finishing last year, I was shooting for Flex, Easy Rider, Womens Physique World and Muscle Elegance magazines.

I will be releasing my own video (Muscle Beauty) on over 100 training and nutrition tips that make the difference which will be sold on my website www.musclebeauty321.com.

In my home life, I am a mother of three children, ages 5 years and 2 1/2 year old twins. I am an artist. I have a small business called Everything Art and I am a full time personal trainer (in homes, gyms, by phone and through e-mail).
