My biggest goal is to turn pro - and I must win the overall to do this.
I train 2 days in a row and take one day off. I usually train heavy for 3-5 weeks with one week moderately. The exercises change each and every time so the muscle has no chance to adapt.
biceps: 15 1/2 inches quads: 25 1/2 inches
My best bench press is 210 lbs. Dumbell curls 60 lbs. leg press for reps -
690 lbs. squats 430 lbs.
