Greater success: Brazil 2006, when I was champion for the first time Greater significance: Second place in the World, was the first Brazilian to final of world in the history of Brazilian bodybuilding. Please tell me something about your training routine (ie: how many days per week / training split /cardio, etc.) Training from Monday to Saturday in off season 1 muscle group per day and 2 times per week aerobic. In pre-contest: 2 groups per day, aerobic 30 to 40 minutes every day and diet What is your favorite exercise in the gym and which one you don’t like so much? In preparation: see the body changing every day, look in the mirror, I concentrate on search and big athletes of the bodybuilding world In Off: Eat hot stuff, going out with friends and travel. Please describe a typical day in the life of Larissa Cunha. My day starts early, the 5:40 pm. I take my supplements and I'm going to the gym. Working 10 hours a day. Training from 9 to 10am Monday to Friday. I have a range from 2 to 5:30 pm, when I do aerobic, a little rest and sometimes study. From 7 to 10:50 pm I option of Nutrition. Hardly have time to leave, my whole day is taken for work, training and lessons !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please tell me about what you do when you don’t work out (hobbies, what do you do to relax?, etc.) In off season I like to walk, travel on weekends to the beach and in pre-contest ... relax ... sleep !!!!!!!!!!! What do you enjoy most about the bodybuilding/fitness lifestyle? It is a lifestyle, is the way I chose to live, I feel good and happy. I still want to compete for many years.
