Please describe a typical day in the life of Tammy Patnode. Since I have a kick ass home gym, I roll out of bed, eat and head to the basement to train before work. it seems my life is pretty much training, cooking and working.
Please tell me about what you do when you don’t work out ( hobbies, what do you do to relax?, etc.). Spending time with friends, hiking with my dogs. Im a homebody...just being cozy and watching movies. I am a moderator at RXmuscle, so that keeps me pretty busy as well.
What do you enjoy most about the bodybuilding/fitness lifestyle? The friends I have made. knowing I am in control of what my body looks like.
Tell me something interesting about yourself, something people may be surprised to hear. I have NO patience!
What are your competition goals or personal future goals? I make my pro debut and look like I belong there.
Tammy does not do sessions or wrestling of any kind. Please don't ask!!
