mo: shoulder and triceps
we: hamstrings and back
fr: chest and biceps
saturday: quads and calves

And my favourite food: pepper stake and vegetables and potatoes or pasta
junk food:ice-cream
in diet my favourite :home made low fat blueberry or aple pie.

When I am not gym, I spend time with my fiance and my frends, play with my two cats or my fiance's dog, dobermann, we are walking in nature.
And I love to cook, I develope and test a lot of new low fat cooking and
baking recipes.
I like good music and good movies, my favourite actor is Steven Seagal.

And my body measurements, I realy don't know. Only my arm in contest is about
34,5-35 cm.
